The TYSAFE SYSTEM 90 strap assembly secures a vehicle on a car transporter, forwards, rearwards and down. The Tysafe spreader strap is fitted with end links which do not touch the wheel rims and are ‘kinder’ to the webbing than others which have sewn in end loops.

TYSAFE’, a division of Intertrade, applies product engineering principles to the manufacture of webbing assemblies, ie. laboratory and road testing, production accuracy - consistency - inspection -traceability etc.

The Standard System 90 assembly is made up of 50 m/m wide heavy duty polyester webbing with a 4 metre working length and a flat snap hook. The specification includes a ‘spreader strap’ and a short handled ratchet buckle with a short fixed strap and flat snap hook.
